Similar to the paths of many of us, chronic illness and a major life transition were the catalyst for a spontaneous spiritual awakening, my psychic senses were activated, open and in communication with my angel guides.

Whilst working with a psychic medium in counseling for clarity on what I was experiencing I discovered Reiki, initially for healing physical chronic symptoms and understanding the basics of reading human energy fields. After completing Reiki Level 1, I instinctively knew I was meant to teach and share Reiki with others. I continued studies to attain Reiki Master and Teacher level.

I am guided to keep on learning. Various healing modalities and energy work I have continued to study include Chinese Energy Healing, muscle testing, tarot reading, and currently birth chart astrology to support my own personal healing journey. I love combining modalities to create effective solutions and insights.

My teachings and methodology combine my studies, life experience, inner wisdom, and open-minded curiosity towards the limitlessness of energy work to achieve effective results towards personal growth and positive transformation. I believe that through sharing how to effectively and efficiently heal the energy field of energetic blockages we can move beyond the traumas, suppressed and trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, programming, karma, and inherited ancestral wounds that have placed limits on our inner technology and the true capacity we have to experience higher states of love, compassion, joy, peace, and fulfillment in this lifetime.

We are in such incredible evolutionary times of rapid change, transformation, and mass spiritual awakening on the journey to self realization through understanding our emotional energy centres. Energy healing plays a significant role in how we get there with less resistance and more ease.
