USUI REIKI is a mindful and intuitive spiritual healing practice, one that promotes wellbeing, stability, and connection to self and Source from the inside out, and helps us reach higher states of consciousness through daily practice.
USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 teaches the foundations of this natural energy healing practice. The primary focus in level 1 is the physical body. You will learn about energy and the energy centres within the physical body, how to intuit energy (sense and receive information), and how to apply hands on healing to yourself and to others.
Usui Reiki is approximately 10% theory and 90% practice. The more we practice, the better listeners we become of our inner world, the more effective self-healers we become, and the more we discover who we truly are mind, body, and soul.
In this Usui Reiki Level 1 training you will learn:
How to attune and channel Reiki energy
How to give yourself and others Reiki treatment
The laws of energy exchange
The role and energy of the chakra and meridian system in detail
How to develop your practice with angels and guides
SCHEDULE
In the live group training we review the Usui Reiki Level 1 Manual with an opportunity for Q&A.
Each Level 1 student receives four attunements in a one-to-one via Zoom with Claire (approx. 30 mins) to be scheduled after 23rd November. Click here to learn more about Reiki attunements and the process.
This is followed by each student committing to practice at least 21 consecutive days of Reiki full body treatment (approx. 30 minutes/day) on themselves to cleanse through their chakras and strengthen the ability to channel Reiki energy to receive a certificate of completion.

60 minute one-to-one Reiki attunement with Q&A via Zoom
